On this trip we are spending a week in Dubai while Carol researches a story about the food of Dubai. While there we’ll gladly accept the 5 star hospitality of her publisher, Virtuoso Magazine. After Dubai, we fly to Yangon in Myanmar, and then use various forms of public transit to get around to Mandalay, Bagan, Nyanung Shwe and Inle Lake.
