0 ~ We’re Off On Another Foreign Adventure, This Time To Spain

Hello Everyone,

“The Rain In Spain Falls Mainly on the Plain.”  At least that’s what they say.  We’ll try to find out if it’s true.

We’re flying off to spend three weeks in Spain this month.  Landing in Madrid we’ll hop right on a train to the small town of Cordoba for a few days before heading to Seville, where we’ll have to try out another 5 star hotel, while Carol does another story assignment for Virtuoso Life Magazine.

After Seville we are volunteering for a week at an English language school in Belmonte (two hours southeast of Madrid), called VaughnTown.  We’re not learning Spanish.  We will be the native English speakers that help business professionals hone their language skills by speaking to them for 12 hours a day in our native English.  They say that no Spanish is spoken for the week.  It is supposed to be a fun filled week that everyone loves.  We’ll see…….  Leaving the language school, for the final week we’ll stop at a small town called Valencia, on the way to our last destination, Barcelona.

Carol has cooked up a bunch of fun things to do and see on this trip.  If the Internet “Deities” favor us, I’ll try to let you know what we see along the way.  I’m trying a new photo gallery this time.  I’ll post photos to an Apple Photos Gallery.  The link is below if you care to take a peek.  The caption will show up when you roll your mouse over the picture.  Hopefully, it will work out okay.  If you are interested, I’ve placed the first picture there already, a map of our route through Spain.  Carol will also be blogging along the way, as well.
